Maybe you've had a health problem or pain for so long that you've started to think it's just something you have to live with. Perhaps you've been told there isn't much to be done, or to just manage it. I don't see it that way.

I use acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine together, and I make a plan that fits you rather than following a set formula. Chinese medicine is highly adaptable. It has all sorts of approaches to illness, and it works around your lifestyle and your preferences. It can also be used as a preventative tool. As you get to know your own body better, you can start nourishing your life with simple everyday habits, before small things turn into bigger ones.

I trust this medicine because it helped me. For years I was so allergic to cats and dogs that being near them would close up my throat and I couldn't speak. Acupuncture and herbs treated it, and now I can live with animals. I've been the patient myself, so I know what it means to finally get some relief.

Over the past six years I've treated many people with digestive problems, allergies, asthma, sinus issues and chronic cough, aches, headaches and migraines, painful or irregular periods and other women's health concerns, trouble sleeping and skin problems, and pregnancy-related pain, including support for a natural labour.

I studied medical science first, then Chinese medicine. I've worked full time through the Covid years in Sydney, in a clinic caring mostly for elderly patients, and in a acupuncture clinic using Tung's Acupuncture method where I built up my women's health, pregnancy and labour experience. I work alongside GPs, and I also offer WorkCover, CTP and Home Care Package acupuncture.
